The Capital Region Game Project is looking for missing pieces to our game developer teams built in cooperation with Metropolia Game Studio. As a CMO, your role includes game branding, marketing, business development, pitching materials, community management, as well as distribution materials. That’s right, the aim of the project is to publish a game in Steam, mobile app store or other digital channel.
Top class sparring
You won’t have to manage on your own, as game teams are coached by an experienced coach team from Metropolia, Laurea and Haaga-Helia. The teams are coached on game development, marketing and leadership from September to December when the teams present and pitch their games in a demo day. The coaching takes place at Metropolia Leppävaara and the first two dates are September 5th when the teams are formed and September 6th when the team coaching begins. There will be around eight team sessions to attend during Autumn. Haaga-Helia will pay for travel to Espoo.
May the best game win
All teams are also invited to compete in Bit1 game competition during Spring 2019. The regional event PreBit will be held in April for a place at national finals held in Tampere in May.
