We will discuss the early stages of founding a startup and think about the most important decisions and things that founders will carry with them all the way to growing the company into an enterprise level scale up.

On this workshop you will:

– Understand the significance of organizational culture

– Understand why market and opportunity size matters so much

– Get inspiration for building a founder team

About the speaker:

Tommi is the CEO and co-founder of Blueprint Genetics, a clinical genetics company based in Helsinki, San Francisco, and Dubai. He has been running Blueprint Genetics since the beginning and is responsible for sales management, business development and financing. Blueprint Genetics was acquired in 2020 by Quest Diagnostics, a NYSE listed S&P 500 clinical lab giant. Prior to Blueprint Genetics, Tommi founded a data analytics company called Whitevector and grew it to the Nordics and UK before it was acquired by M-Brain, a media monitoring company. Tommi holds an M.Sc. (Tech) from the Helsinki University of Technology where he studied business strategy and applied mathematics.
