About this Event
During this workshop you will learn that scaling up people is the way of modern HR in startup companies. Work life experiences and data from studies around the world presented in the workshop imply that managing human resources has its unique innovations, which any startup could – and all should – apply.
In this workshop you will get to think and act (brief team tasks) from the perspective of HR management. This will also be your chance to ‘thinktank’ yours and others’ thoughts and ideas.
This workshop provides golden nuggets of inspiration for startups, small and midsize, that need to organize, reinvent or rebuild their HR management. This will be done by learning to focus more in fulfilling potential than acquiring the seemed right talents.
