Cooperation with the StartUp School has generated many projects for my courses, with both startup entrepreneurs and students on my courses learning from each other – a greatly-appreciated opportunity for both according to feedback.
Working with the StartUp School has always been very fruitful and has been in a truly win-win spirit!
I had a great chance to join StartUp School's Vierumäki unit. The program taught me a lot about running a business, I received many supportive ideas and enjoyed the atmosphere among many other things. If you are studying in Haaga-Helia and thinking of starting a business of your own, my advice for you is to join the StartUp School and work on your idea.
The StartUp School has been an educational journey in itself. Alongside our degrees at Haaga-Helia, we have learnt about best business practices and entrepreneurship from experts, which has given us the right tools and has enabled us to open our own venture straight after graduation.
Cooperation with Haaga-Helia works smoothly. They have senior management support and practical resources for encouraging entrepreneurship. Customers of NewCo Helsinki have access to educational information, and StartUp School students can receive additional entrepreneurship services from NewCo Helsinki.
As an independent startup hub, the StartUp School has been a true partner for HUB13. We have jointly launched great initiatives, such as the Startup Cup Finland and the co-working trainee program. Both initiatives are in many ways unique and prove that the StartUp School really understands what it is to be an entrepreneur.
